First Class Service

Our staff are dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable as possible:

The hotel reception is open around the clock and our room service is available from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Hospitality is very important to us. For this reason you will not have to pay a penny extra for the drinks in your mini-bar. They are included in the price of the room. The mini-bar in your room contains two bottles of Apollinaris water, 2 Binding beers, 2 Vaihinger fruit juices, 2 Pepsi colas and 1 bottle of Vittel water. It is refilled on a daily basis.

The free 'iron' service (includes 1 blouse/shirt or 1 pair of trouser/skirt per night) is available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
You will receive any washing handed in before 9 a.m. on the same day, fresh and clean. And should you wish to do your own ironing - no problem: A steam-ironing station is available especially for guests. Should you require refreshments between meals, you can help yourself to the buffet in the lobby throughout the day. Mineral water, tea, coffee and pastries are available free of charge.

There are also 40 parking spaces available (at a fee) for guests with their own car.

We are more than happy to organise tours of the city and day-trips for you. Our hotel reception wil reserve places on trips to Heidelberg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber or on the River Rhine to Loreley, among others. We will also make reservations in restaurants and reserve tickets for the opera, concert, ballet and other events.
